Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Standard Communications 8MR190-2-28 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Star-Su products, including obsoleted and phased-out Staubli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Trafo-Schneider product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Star-Su such as the 743225053 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F015N72A1101 manufactured by Staubli and we are pleased to be able to service most Staubli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STB24100 by Manufacturer Trafo-Schneider as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Star-Micronics Brand BSAMCOPBA04B3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Standard-Communications such as 8MR190228 equipment made by Standard-Communications have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0701331059MS47SR20450X by Sti and 8MR190228 spares by Standard-Communications are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
